Smart Inventory allows you to oversee your inventory from various devices, including computers and mobile operating systems, through our web application. Collaborative work is also supported, enabling multiple users to access and manage the same inventory using our cloud system.

We classify inventory into three levels:

• Items: These are countable and movable products with designated quantities for accurate tracking, such as 1 can of milk, 3 notebooks, or 2 glasses.
• Groups: You can group items based on shared attributes like location, size, shelf number, or buyer name.
• Tags: These provide additional details for groups, creating a third layer of categorization.

Our categorization system allows you to structure your inventory horizontally by establishing relationships between items, groups, and tags effortlessly.

You can input object names, pictures, barcode values, and additional information into the system without limitations. Tracking quantity movements becomes seamless as you can annotate changes and generate reports over time.

We support 16 different types of QR codes and universal barcode formats for scanning convenience. Scanning codes streamlines object management, enabling you to access details swiftly. The application can also generate barcodes or QR codes if needed.

Once registered, you can securely store and share your inventory on our cloud system. Importing and exporting capabilities facilitate data transfer between applications or for generating reports. Utilizing Google Drive further simplifies report sharing.

• Support for 8 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, and Turkish

The cloud system and certain features are exclusive to premium users. Details regarding premium access are available on the Premium page within our application.

The application does not automatically retrieve barcode information online. Barcodes need to be added to your inventory beforehand for scanning purposes.
